The following requirements (Advertising Guidelines) must be met by all partners
You get paid 50% of the Net. Net Income is defined as all sales, including first time members and all recurring billing for sign-ups, less all refunds, revokes and charge backs. We pay the commission of our credit card processor from our own incomes.You get paid 10% of referred webmasters sales including signups and rebills.Do not intentionally advertise to children! We do not support the exposure of adult material to anyone under age!You must supply us with your correct personal info. Without this personal information we have no way to contact you in case of any problems with your account.Any attempt to hack / manipulate / or deceive our tracking software will result in immediate termination and reporting of the incident with all of your personal info to the Computer Crimes Division of the FBI.Misleading statements in your advertising pages will result in termination and forfeiture of earnings. Ex. Telling the surfer it is a FREE TRIAL, Telling the surfer to signup and then cancel or coercing a click or signup in exchange for cash or product from one's site.It is allowed to have several accounts for one person/company.You may use text, banner and blind links. Also you can create your own advertising, but it should not contain false information about our sites.All banners MUST be served from YOUR server.The action of sending traffic from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices is a violation of this agreement: child pornography, bestiality, warez, password selling or trading, spam e-mails.If a sponsorship account is created with false/misleading information, we reserve the right to terminate the account and withhold ALL accrued funds.We will not be held responsible for loss due to down times resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL sign-ups accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement in anyway.We do not work with anonymous people, so you must enter your real name and other information in the registration form. We do require that you enter the domain(s) that you’re going to use to promote our sites.We do not accept free e-mail accounts (like mail.com, mail.ru, hotmail.com, gmail.com, etc.), and we do not accept sites using free hosting or domain services (like thumblogger.com) and .INFO domain names either.To avoid any confusion, please give the full URL to the site where our promos are placed or will be placed, in the 'Site Url' field.If the site where you plan to put our promos is currently being developed, please put 'Site under construction' in the Site Url field as you register. When the site is up and running, please take time to fill in this field.Non-adult and low quality sites will be rejected.Sites with links to RapidShare and similar file storage sites will be rejected.We do not allow redirecting users from other sites to our sites.We do not accept traffic/webmasters from the following countries:China, Hong Kong, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Pakistan, Philippines, traffic from Russia.We do not allow using our content for purposes other than promoting our sites, unless our written permission has been obtained.
